This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Nemomex ("we") collects when you use our Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data — username, full name, business email, mobile number, company, job title, country and city (provided at signup).
• Session & device data — session id, IP address, user agent, last-seen timestamp. Used to enforce single-device login.
• Usage data — pages visited, calculations performed, orders placed.
• Location — derived from your IP address to display country-appropriate pricing. We do not use GPS or fine location.
• Payment data — we DO NOT store card numbers or CVV. Only order references, amounts, currencies and Razorpay transaction ids are stored.

2. How We Use It

• To provide the Service, personalise pricing and generate invoices.
• To secure the account (bcrypt password hashing, CSRF tokens, brute-force lockouts, single-device sessions).
• To communicate transactional emails (order confirmations, payment receipts).
• To improve the product via aggregate analytics (visits per day, top pages, top countries).

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share only:

• With Razorpay — to process your payment (name, email, mobile, order amount).
• With ipinfo.io / ipapi.co — your IP is queried for country/currency resolution.
• With authorities when legally required.

4. Cookies

We set one HttpOnly session cookie (NMX_SID) required for login. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Order & payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact privacy@nemomex.com.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, bcrypt (cost 12) for passwords, HMAC-SHA256 for payment signature verification, CSRF tokens, session fixation protection and rate-limited login.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced on this page.
