Welcome to Nemomex ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our ocean-distance calculator, purchasing a plan, or interacting with our website ("Service"), you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Only one active login session per account is permitted at any time.
• You must provide accurate, current information (name, business email, mobile number, country, city).

2. Plans, Pricing & Billing

• Plan prices are shown per user's detected country and are billed in the displayed currency.
• The price you see at checkout is the final price. It is validated server-side and cannot be changed by the client.
• Billing cycles range from 1 month to multi-year commitments as configured for each plan.
• Longer billing cycles are charged upfront in a single payment.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store your card details.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass daily calculation limits, tamper with prices, or reverse-engineer our routing engine.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on third-party rights.
• Do not share your login credentials — the Service enforces single-device sessions.

4. Data & Accuracy

Voyage distances, fuel estimates, and weather factors are provided on a "best-effort" basis and are intended as decision support only. You are solely responsible for operational decisions made using our data.

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are issued after purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nemomex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
